An estate of over 800k houses in Sangotedo, Lagos is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Estate Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Core Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise household and estate workers such as housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and groundskeepers.
- Property & Grounds Upkeep: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive care for buildings, pools, landscaping, and mechanical systems
- Vendor & Contractor Relations: Source, hire, and manage outside service providers (landscapers, security, and repairs) while verifying their insurance and tracking work quality.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage operational expenses, track property costs, approve invoices, and report budgets to the owner or a family office.
- Project Management: Coordinate major renovations, construction projects, and interior design updates.
- Event & Guest Coordination: Plan private functions, handle arrivals and departures, and ensure the principal's preferences are met seamlessly.
- Administration & Records: Maintain operating manuals, asset inventories, warranty histories, and security/access codes.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience.
