Descrição da vaga
Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Hotelaria & Turismo (Grupos & Eventos) para integrar nossa equipe no Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana. Você terá a oportunidade de vivenciar de perto a rotina comercial e administrativa de Grupos & Eventos em um hotel de luxo, desenvolvendo conhecimentos práticos em atendimento ao cliente, organização de eventos, elaboração de propostas e acompanhamento de processos, contribuindo para a excelência dos nossos serviços e para a criação de experiências memoráveis.
ATIVIDADES:
- Apoiar o atendimento e o acompanhamento das solicitações de grupos e eventos;
- Auxiliar na elaboração de propostas comerciais, orçamentos e apresentações;
- Dar suporte à organização de contratos, documentos e informações dos eventos;
- Auxiliar na atualização de planilhas, controles internos e sistemas da área;
- Apoiar o alinhamento de informações entre Grupos & Eventos e os demais departamentos do hotel;
- Acompanhar as demandas relacionadas à organização e à realização de grupos e eventos;
- Contribuir para a organização dos processos e para a qualidade do atendimento aos clientes.
Qualificações
- Estar cursando graduação em Hotelaria, Turismo, Eventos, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes;
- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com diferentes demandas;
- Interesse pela área de eventos, atendimento ao cliente e hotelaria de luxo;
- Inglês intermediário.
