About the Role As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you'll own a Boots Hearingcare clinic in Caterham, delivering high-quality, patient-centered hearing care with clinical autonomy and the backing of Sonova. This role offers a secure, well-supported environment with access to the latest technology to help you grow as a clinical leader. What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term relationships
- Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
- Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends to meet demand What We're Looking For
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- 2+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills Nice to Have

- Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE
- Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
