About the Role An established Hearing Aid Audiologist is needed to own and lead a Boots Hearingcare clinic in Hoddesdon, delivering high-quality clinical care with autonomy and the support of Sonova/Boots.
What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
- Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
- Support customers throughout their Hearingcare journey and recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
- Work flexibly to meet customer demand, including some evenings and weekends
What We're Looking For
- BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance
- Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Boots Hearingcare or Sonova network is a plus
- Exposure to new technology and innovation through Sonova
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE
- Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
