Role Overview
Buscamos uma pessoa Especialista II em AI Engineering para acelerar a adoção de Inteligência Artificial na estrutura de Marketing Services, conectando profundidade técnica em GenAI com oportunidades concretas de produto, eficiência operacional e geração de valor para a BU.
Essa posição terá papel central na evolução de soluções baseadas em LLMs, RAG e agentes, apoiando a identificação de casos de uso, a definição de abordagens técnicas e a tradução de aprendizado experimental em recomendações acionáveis para Produto, Engenharia e Liderança.
Mais do que uma referência em experimentação, buscamos alguém com experiência prática em aplicar IA para acelerar estratégias de produtos digitais, melhorar jornadas e apoiar decisões de negócio com foco em impacto real.
