About the Role PanAmericano is seeking an Especialista de Planeación Financiera Comercial to support revenue planning and forecasting for key client segments (Top 350, Institutional Financials, and Direct Retail) in coordination with KAMs. The role focuses on building revenue plans, coordinating with business units, producing performance and profitability analyses, and contributing to commercial presentations. What You'll Do
- Assist in developing the Revenue Plan by Client (Top 350, Financial Institutions) and Direct Retail, in coordination with the KAMs.
- Assist in developing Revenue Plan by Business Unit and Segment, considering price and organic growth variables defined and reviewed by the KAMs.
- Set up Revenue Plans by Accounting Assistant and by Branch for each business unit.
- Produce monthly comparative Revenue reports for Retail and Financial Institutions (Plan vs Actual vs Last Year) by Client, Business Unit and Segment, including various variance analyses.
- Prepare weekly Revenue Forecast based on operating volumes reported in the institutional systems.
- Assist in the monthly forecast by Client (Top 350, Financial Institutions) and Direct Retail in coordination with the KAMs.
- Monthly produce various analyses to support the monthly results report, incentive payments, and commercial presentations.
- Prepare P&L by client.
- Assist in coordination with various areas to analyze profitability of new businesses.
- Conduct price analyses and country risk charge analyses by segment.
- Identify and monitor opportunities for additional revenue (e.g., Country Risk Charge, fuel charge, operating materials, etc.).
- Analyze accounting revenue integration (NC, Cancellations, Invoices, Provisions) and monthly volumes by client to identify trends.
- Reconciliation and monthly presentation of Sales and Cancellations. What We're Looking For
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contabilidad y/o Economía (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Economics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance performing budgeting, information analysis, development of business scenarios, and revenue control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- English: Basic.
