- Analizar KPIs operativos y financieros (incluyendo P&L a nivel relevante).
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, costos, productividad y calidad.
- Proponer y ejecutar iniciativas de excelencia operacional.
- Aplicar metodologías Lean y Six Sigma para resolución estructurada de problemas.
- Incorporar herramientas de automatización e inteligencia artificial para reducir manualidad y mejorar eficiencia.
- Gestionar y analizar datos para generar insights accionables.
- Acompañar a las áreas en la implementación de mejoras.
- Monitorear resultados y asegurar captura de beneficios.
- Retar constructivamente a equipos operativos con base en datos.
- Documentar procesos y estandarizar mejores prácticas.
