Tu Rol en Vantive

En Vantive buscamos un(a) Especialista Clínico de Diálisis Peritoneal para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestras terapias renales en la Zona Sur de Chile.

Serás un(a) socio(a) estratégico(a) para clientes y equipos comerciales, promoviendo la adopción de la Diálisis Peritoneal mediante capacitación, acompañamiento clínico especializado y desarrollo de relaciones de largo plazo con profesionales e instituciones de salud.

En este rol liderarás actividades de educación clínica y promoción científica, asegurando el uso adecuado de las terapias y productos de Vantive. Trabajarás de manera colaborativa con el equipo comercial para analizar las necesidades de cada cliente, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y apoyar la implementación y consolidación de programas de Diálisis Peritoneal en la región.

Ubicación: Zona Sur de Chile (idealmente entre Concepción y Puerto Montt).

Disponibilidad: Viajes frecuentes dentro del territorio asignado.

Lo que realizarás

• Impulsar la adopción y el crecimiento de la terapia de Diálisis Peritoneal , en instituciones de salud asignadas.
• Identificar oportunidades para desarrollar, expandir e implementar programas de Diálisis Peritoneal, colaborando estrechamente con equipos clínicos y de gestión hospitalaria.
• Diseñar y liderar programas de educación y capacitación para profesionales de la salud, fortaleciendo sus conocimientos y competencias en terapias renales.
• Brindar soporte clínico y técnico especializado a equipos de nefrología, cuidados intensivos, urgencias y enfermería.
• Analizar indicadores clínicos y resultados terapéuticos para impulsar iniciativas de optimización y mejora continua.
• Actuar como referente científico y clínico para clientes y equipos internos en terapias de reemplazo renal.
• Participar en procesos de licitaciones públicas y privadas, aportando experiencia técnica y soporte especializado.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre evidencia científica, guías clínicas y avances tecnológicos relacionados con terapias renales.

Lo que aportarás

• Título Universitario de Enfermería, de preferencia con espcialidad en Dialisis peritoneal
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en programas de Diálisis Peritoneal.
• Conocimiento del mercado y de las instituciones de salud de la Zona Sur de Chile.
• Experiencia desarrollando programas de educación clínica y capacitación a profesionales de la salud. Disponibilidad para movilizarse dentro de la región.
• Inglés y computación a nivel básico.
• Capacidad para construir relaciones estratégicas con hospitales, clínicas y equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Sólidas habilidades de comunicación, influencia y trabajo colaborativo.
• Compromiso con la excelencia clínica, la ética y el cumplimiento regulatorio.
