About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced ESM Tech Lead with HRSD certifications to design, implement and optimize HRSD-based enterprise service management solutions. The role focuses on HRSD architecture, automation using Flow Designer and Record Producer, and integration with Active Directory and other systems. This is a fully remote opportunity with a preference for candidates based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. What You'll Do
- Lead the design, implementation and optimization of HRSD solutions, focusing on architecture, automation, and integrations.
- Configure Flow Designer and Record Producer to create efficient ITSM workflows.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules and Client Scripts to meet business requirements.
- Configure Notifications and SLAs to ensure timely service delivery.
- Integrate HRSD with Active Directory and other systems.
