ESHS Specialist – Renewable Energy Projects
Responsibilities
- Review project documents, permits, ESHS management plans and procedures, risk assessments, method statements, against the requirements of international standards (IFC PS, EP4, ADB environmental and Social Standards (ESS), EBRD PRs, etc.).
- Conducting environmental and social due diligence (ESDD) against the requirements of good international industry practice (GIIP), including IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Group EHS Guidelines, Equator Principles, and relevant ISO standards where applicable.
- Assess key risks and prepare ESHS input for technical due diligence, lender’s technical advisory, owner’s engineer, and project monitoring reports for Renewables projects.
