About the Role This role focuses on supporting Sinch's enhanced AI-powered fraud detection and ESG integration efforts, ensuring ethical business practices, risk management, and policy alignment across the organization. What You'll Do
- Support development and implementation of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, KYC policy, and related risk management initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG criteria into supplier due diligence and risk assessments.
- Strengthen platform integrity and anti-fraud capabilities through process improvements and policy updates.
- Track and report on topic-specific sustainability KPIs: information security, privacy, supplier and employee code of conduct. What We're Looking For
- Experience in risk management, corporate governance, compliance, or ESG programs.
- Understanding of KYC processes, ethical standards, and anti-fraud controls.
- Ability to implement policies, work cross-functionally, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset with experience monitoring KPIs. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-enabled fraud detection or security-focused product initiatives.
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and supplier due diligence.
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations related to ethics and risk management.
