About the Role This role provides escrow services for residential and commercial real estate transactions including resale, new construction, and refinances. You will facilitate real estate closings by delivering exceptional customer service and proactive communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the closing process.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire real estate closing process, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions.
- Understand how your team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
- Impact the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through your own work.
- Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
- Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
- Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
- Work under limited supervision and may modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
- Serve as a resource for less experienced team members; this role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
