What You'll Do
- Support the implementation and ongoing operation of ABSI's ERP and CRM solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy ERP, CRM, and related technologies, ensuring effective integration and user adoption.
- Stay current with industry technologies to maintain competitive, cutting-edge solutions.
- Assist in project management, testing, data conversion, and other activities within ERP/CRM projects as part of quality delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in ERP and CRM solutions, with competence in leading technologies.
- Knowledge of Software Development, Business Intelligence & Database Management, Project Management & Support, Organization Change Management (OCM), QA & Testing, Data Conversion, Big Data, Cyber Security, Metadata Mining, and Business Process Co-Sourcing (BPC).
- Ability to work in a role within a global partner and technology leader environment.
