About the Role
You will join Roche as an ERP Solution Consultant specializing in SAP EWM, with MFS expertise, to own and evolve a highly complex, validated warehouse management solution. You will guide product teams, make independent product-level decisions, provide technical oversight, and ensure alignment with stakeholders across the organization. The role sits in Roche’s large, highly automated warehouse environment within the Pharma division and involves on-site support in Switzerland as needed. What You'll Do

Design & Implementation: Develop and implement complex enhancements to SAP EWM, including MFS and WebDynpro user interfaces

Independent Problem-Solving: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; troubleshoot code without constant guidance

Technical Deep-Dive: Investigate challenging technical issues, debug code, and optimize system performance

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical constraints and timelines

Validated Environment Management: Execute changes in a regulated environment with proper documentation, test cases, and validation requirements

Knowledge Transfer: Document solutions and share expertise to build organizational capability

Travel: Ability to travel to Switzerland for on-site support, workshops, and client engagements as needed What We're Looking For

Extensive SAP EWM Experience: Minimum 5+ years in production SAP EWM environments with complex configurations and customizations

MFS Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining SAP Material Flow System solutions

ABAP Development Skills: Strong ABAP programming background with the ability to debug and optimize code

Validated Environment Experience: Familiarity with regulated environments, change management processes, and compliance documentation

SAFe Framework Knowledge: Working understanding of Scaled Agile Framework principles and practices

Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills

German Language (Preferred): Fluency in German is a significant plus Nice to Have

Salary range: 14,175 - 26,325 PLN gross based on the employment contract
