Job title: ERP Integrations Engineer
We are seeking an ERP Integrations Engineer to manage end-to-end ERP conversions and integrations for multiple clients. This role focuses on delivering data extraction, load planning/execution, and ensuring cutover/go-live readiness, while coordinating with functional teams in a remote setting.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end ERP conversions and integrations across multiple projects (2–3 simultaneously)
- Lead data extraction, data load planning and execution (mock loads and production)
- Drive cutover and go-live readiness activities to ensure successful deployments
- Proactively identify and manage issues and risks; guide functional teams to complete tasks on time
- Collaborate with Client Engineering and project stakeholders, maintaining clear status reporting and alignment
What We're Looking For
- Completed at least 3 ERP integrations across the full lifecycle
- Experience delivering ERP integrations end-to-end with the ability to oversee multiple integrations concurrently (2–3)
- Proactive, quick learner with strong issue/risk management capabilities
- Experience with data extraction, load planning/execution (mock and production), and cutover/go-live readiness
- Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders remotely
