Become Dynamics 365 specialist, understand business process Supply Chain Knowledge
Mapping Requirement to system common practice
Define system fit-gap analysis
Maintain development task and collaborate with techinical / programmer team
Perfom dynamics 365 implementation, match customer requirement and give right solution for D365
Create project documentation
Any other duties assigned (relate to projec activities)

Understanding customer business process and requirement

Advise customer on best practices for CRM process
