ERP Delivery Manager
The ERP Delivery Manager will be accountable to internal stakeholders, primarily Product Managers and Business representatives, for the value delivery of ERP and ERP satellites services. The main goal is, through end-to-end orchestration of internal key resources and external partners, to achieve for internal stakeholders the key value and performance indicators targets over time in a consistent way, ensuring a smooth Run of the business.
Responsibilities

Supervise delivery with internal stakeholders, facilitating decisions or escalations, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Organize monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews with internal stakeholders and suppliers and develop relationships and feedback channels to improve services.

Define and track performance of services and related solutions and processes and implement reporting on SLAs and KPIs.

Define and follow-up the financial picture of service delivery, focusing on cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate actions from platform teams in driving overall performance of the services (customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness).

Develop best practices framework on way of working: templates, presentations, resource and capacity management.

Develop strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and partners/vendors.

Share with internal stakeholders (products, platforms) and suppliers Products/Platforms roadmap information and secure relevant internal/external suppliers’ delivery, with regular review of priorities.

Value Recipient satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through close collaboration and regular feedback from value recipients.

Service metrics - Defining and tracking metrics relating to the performance of the service/solution and the related processes around (e.g., service desk).

Delivery processes - Continuously analyze processes and feedback to increase satisfaction and/or cost-efficiency without negatively impacting customer satisfaction.

Delivery team - Oversee and coordinate employees from various areas of the delivery process.

Budget - Define and follow-up on the financial picture of the service delivery.
