Job title: ERP Data Migration Analyst
About the Role The ERP Data Migration Analyst plays a critical role in migrating legacy supply chain data to Oracle Cloud. This role bridges the gap between raw technical data and business utility, owning the end-to-end integrity of master data including vendor, item, and location files, and ensuring data is extracted, transformed, and validated for use within the new ERP environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end migration of legacy supply chain master data (vendor, item, location) to Oracle Cloud.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through validation, data mapping, and transformation documentation.
- Extract, transform, and load data into the ERP system, coordinating data cleansing activities as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to collect, validate, or resolve data issues.
- Document data requirements, mapping specifications, and transformation rules; support both remote and on-site requirements as needed.
- Work within an Oracle Cloud ERP environment and maintain data governance artifacts.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Supply Chain systems (MMIS), or data analysis.
- Direct experience working with vendors, suppliers, or internal business stakeholders to collect, validate, or resolve data issues.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data parsing/cleaning techniques.
- Experience working within an ERP environment (e.g., Oracle Cloud) or similar ERP systems.
