ERP Business Analyst

About the Role Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech, LLC seeks an ERP Business Analyst to support a NAVSEA Shipyard Support Office client. This role requires strong knowledge of Navy Shipyard Programs, corporate software suites, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and change management; experience with process improvement, data gathering, analysis, and implementation. The position is contingent upon award. What You'll Do

• Provide SME in continuous process improvement across NAVSEA, NSSO, and related communities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, governance, and workflows for shipyard processes.
• Facilitate technical conferences and meetings; contribute content and analysis.
• Offer event management support with Lean Six Sigma; map processes; data analysis; cost-benefit assessments.
• Coordinate reviews and consensus-building for AIM-NG and other process docs.
• Deliver expertise and user experience for Ship Maintenance Community IT Software Suite.
• Analyze business cases and develop IT requirements.
• Support IT development, execution, and release assessments; capture lessons learned.
• Participate in Digital Program Office (DPO) reviews and IT management board meetings.
• Develop and maintain corporate metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Conduct lifecycle planning, data mining, alternatives assessments, and decision support analytics for NAVSEA metrics.
• Integrate data from multiple shipyard IT systems for analytics and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across systems.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and Programmers on data-driven solutions.
• Provide business process analysis and documentation; support status reporting.
• Assist with resource planning, budgeting, and data-call responses.
• Participate in program reviews, kick-offs, and special reviews; provide IT/system expertise.
• Apply NSY processes and shipyard IT infrastructure knowledge; develop interface diagrams.
• Develop As-Is and future-state process maps.
• Support digital transformation and UX analysis for IT systems.
• Join Technical User Groups (TUGs), Metric Community of Practice (MCoP), and IT management board meetings.
• Provide NSSO program management support.
• Travel 10-25%. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business, Engineering, or Industrial Operations.
• At least 10 years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation, and evaluation activities.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting process or performance improvement efforts within the Naval Shipyards, or at least 5 years of Ship Maintenance Corporate Software Suite.
• Functional and Process Knowledge/Experience.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. Nice to Have
• Master's in a field related to Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
• At least 15 years of experience in process improvement, including data gathering, analysis, change management, process implementation, and evaluation activities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• LSS Black Belt or Green Belt Certification or equivalent certification in a similar process improvement methodology. Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: 194,500.00 - 209,100.00.
