ER Vehicle Inspection function
- Years of experience: Should have 3 ~ 5 years of relevant experience post qualification.
- Nature of experience: Knowledge of Vehicle Inspection Activity as per Standards. Line inspectors and associates management. Understanding of Engineering Drawing/Inspection standards into Process Standards for Inspectors. Knowledge about vehicle driving and testing. Assessing new vehicles in trials, giving feedbacks and ensuring closure of issues. Knowledge about vehicle inspection equipments.
- Knowledge about ISO and Quality systems
- Knowledge about Japanese Practices like 5S,3G,3K,3R,Horenso etc
- Knowledge about regulations. Line quality handling and problem analysis
- Nature of Work : Vehicle Inspection after Assembly Stage
- Industry preference: Automobile Industry
- Regulation mass production vehicle quality inspection to ensure zero defects at customer
