The Equipment Technician supports production by helping maintain, repair and fill automated resin dispensing machines and production moulds.
Responsibilities
- Support Production self-managed teams. Assisting in repairs or maintenance of dispensing machines. Fill machines with components and complete all production paperwork. Perform mould repairs/support refurbishment Cleaning of machines as part of first line maintenance. Maintain mould, mouldette's, root plates, mould services.
- Work to detailed planned maintenance using electronic asset management. Using electronic asset management record all work against each machine. Keep records of parts used and up to date Kanban system.
- Understand mechanical drawings. Understanding of basic electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
