Job title: Equipment Technician (Contract)
Intel is seeking an Equipment Technician (Contract) to support manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. The role involves diagnosing electrical or mechanical issues, dismantling and assembling equipment, and performing setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal tool performance.
What You'll Do
- Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and installs/assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and rough sketches or drawings.
- Performs setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, and coordinates with supplier for service and repairs when needed.
- Monitors and analyses related data to improve and maintain tool performance and address all related issues.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with electrical or mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment per layout plans, blueprints, manuals, and drawings.
- Experience with setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance; ability to coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs.
- Strong data analysis skills to monitor tool performance and address issues.
