About the Role The Equipment Supervisor will lead equipment introduction and industrialization activities for new products, new production lines, and capacity expansion projects. Responsible for equipment sourcing, specification definition, design review, FAT/SAT, installation, qualification, ramp-up and transfer to production. Drive automation, digitalization and manufacturing technology development to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives while ensuring successful project execution and manufacturing readiness. What You'll Do
- Lead equipment introduction projects from concept phase through mass production.
- Define equipment specifications, URS and technical requirements together with process, quality and production teams.
- Manage equipment suppliers and coordinate equipment development, fabrication, FAT, SAT and acceptance activities.
