As an Equipment Operator you will:

• Safely operate cherry picker, order picker, and turret truck forklifts to retrieve, transport, and stage inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders using pick tickets, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.
• Load, unload, replenish, and put away materials in designated storage locations.
• Work at elevated heights while adhering to all fall-protection, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report any damage, defects, or safety concerns.
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors.
• Utilize turret trucks to access and retrieve materials from narrow aisle racking systems while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe aisles, racks, staging areas, and workspaces.
• Consistently meet or exceed established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Follow company policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety requirements at all times.
• Support general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

This is a Full Time Opportunity

Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts available

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker, Order Picker, and/or Turret Truck required.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00 Per Hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
