About the Role
The Equipment Operator at Milwaukee Tool moves product throughout the warehouse to support efficient picking, replenishment, and shipment. You’ll operate material handling equipment and help keep the work area organized to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
What You'll Do
- Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product
- Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped
- Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
- Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
- Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork
- Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment
- Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (four years of education)
- Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and an Electric Pallet Jack
- Ability to drive reach truck for long periods
- Physical ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull during duties
- Able to work in various temperature conditions in a production environment
- Comfortable performing warehouse tasks such as receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping paperwork
Nice to Have
- Prior experience using wrap machines to secure pallets
- Additional warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
