About the Role The Equipment Maintenance Technician ensures the functionality and technical availability of production equipment and supports the maintenance processes and TPM initiatives. You will collaborate with production and IT to optimize uptime and spare parts costs and contribute to ongoing equipment improvements. What You'll Do
- Ensure functionality of the maintenance process for production equipment.
- Ensure technical availability of production equipment.
- Make improvement suggestions for the maintenance process and production equipment/facility equipment.
- Monitor correctness and adherence to the maintenance plan and take necessary actions.
- Support LEONI Total Productive Maintenance implementation, including preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment.
- Support the creation of spare part lists required for planned maintenance and optimize spare parts stock available for maintenance.
- Evaluate repair reports and recommend actions to reduce unplanned maintenance.
- Monitor the performance of maintenance activities on production equipment/facility equipment/tools and take necessary actions.
- Ensure installation, movement and re-qualification of equipment and tools.
- Ensure maintenance for utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting) by internal or external suppliers according to requirements.
- Ensure maintenance of firefighting and fire prevention equipment.
- Ensure maintenance of security camera systems.
- Ensure functionality of machine and system software and debugging in conjunction with IT.
- Work closely with production to reduce downtime and spare parts costs. What We're Looking For
- Education: University Degree/BTS/BTP; Branch of study: Electrical - Mechanical - Mechatronics or similar.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- IT: Microsoft Office.

- Professional competences: Equipment Maintenance / Preventative and Predictive Maintenance / Equipment Repair / Machine Operations / Machine Tools. Nice to Have
- 1 year of experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
