About the Role Alstom is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment, follow established standards and procedures, and ensure reliable operations in the manufacturing floor. This role supports troubleshooting, maintenance planning, energy management, and environmental protection in collaboration with the EHS organization. What You'll Do
- Ensure the correct standards and procedures of operations are compiled
- Responsible of machine repair and ensure minimum breakdown of production machinery
- Maintain the ledger of equipment and spare parts and keep the maintenance record
- Support trouble shooting in workshop
- Equipment regular maintenance according to maintenance plan
- Complete the daily maintenance of equipment failure
- Responsible for water, electricity, gas management and energy conservation related work
- Ensuring, with support of the EHS organization, application of all rules concerning environmental protection within the scope of activities of the manufacturing organization. What We're Looking For
- Technical College with major Electrical field or Mechanical
- High/low-V Certification
- More than 3 years’ equipment maintenance and management (electric maintenance is preferred) in manufacturing enterprise
- Working knowledge in EHS standards
