Service-department engineer who specifies, installs, commissions and supports laboratory and analytical equipment from scoping through to handover. Scope customer sites and requirements and confirm the technical feasibility of every equipment configuration before it is quoted (0%) Prepare technical compliance statements, bills of materials and site-readiness requirements for quotations and tenders (0%) Run pre-installation site surveys covering power, gases, bench space, environment and safety (0%) Install, commission and document equipment to the principal's procedure, including IQ/OQ records where required (0%) Train customer operators and hand over with a signed installation and training record (0%) Deliver demonstrations and evaluations that prove the equipment meets the customer's application (0%) Provide first-line technical support through warranty and escalate to principals with complete diagnostic evidence (0%) Keep installation, serial-number and service records complete in the ERP against the customer's installed base (0%) B.Eng/B.Sc or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline 3+ years installing, commissioning or servicing laboratory, analytical or medical equipment Hands-on familiarity with at least one major equipment family (chromatography, spectroscopy, microbiology or general laboratory equipment) Ability to read electrical and plumbing requirements, schematics and principal installation manuals Clear technical writing for site surveys, compliance statements and installation reports Willingness to travel to customer sites across Nigeria, including outside Lagos
