• Compensation Range: $80-$90/hr 1099 (W2 rates will vary)

• Introduction

• We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Analyst for an urgent interim consulting engagement with a manufacturing organization. This is a hands-on opportunity for an Epicor expert to step into a critical situation, troubleshoot existing planning and purchasing challenges, and establish sustainable processes moving forward.

• The organization recently transitioned away from an internal resource who relied heavily on workarounds, creating an opportunity for an experienced Epicor professional to identify the underlying issues and put the right configurations and processes in place. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Epicor Kinetic, MRP, Inventory, Purchasing, Materials Planning, and Forecasting and be comfortable working directly with multiple business functions.

• Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve Epicor Kinetic planning, purchasing, inventory, and MRP issues

• Analyze min/max settings and replenishment recommendations to identify root causes

• Review forecasting, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, demand, and planning parameters

• Troubleshoot MRP recommendations and determine whether issues stem from configuration, master data, or business processes

• Evaluate forecasting approaches for new products and parts

• Review and optimize Epicor Part Master and related planning parameters

• Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Inventory, and Operations teams to understand business requirements

• Document corrected configurations and processes to create sustainable solutions

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic

• Strong functional expertise in Inventory Management, Materials Planning, Purchasing, and MRP

• Proven experience troubleshooting min/max planning and replenishment

• Strong understanding of forecasting, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, demand, and supply planning

• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting MRP recommendations

• Strong knowledge of Epicor Part Master and planning parameters

• Ability to distinguish between Epicor configuration, master data, and business process issues

• Manufacturing experience required

• Ability to work onsite and collaborate directly with multiple departments

• Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Epicor Kinetic in an Azure Cloud environment

• Experience establishing forecasting processes for new products or parts

• Previous experience cleaning up or replacing undocumented Epicor workarounds

• Strong documentation and process improvement skills
