About this role
About the Role An experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certified Consultant will join Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers to collaborate with clients, software vendors, and Accenture teams on Epic Resolute Professional Billing implementations. This role focuses on documenting current workflows, analyzing and designing new workflows, defining requirements and use cases, and supporting testing, integration, and data mapping. On-site presence is required 3 days per week in Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; or Dallas, TX. What You'll Do
- Document current state business workflows.
- Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Provide input into high level functional specifications.
