About the Role An experienced Epic Payer Platform Lead who will oversee collaboration of multiple teams and guide the client build team in Epic EPP capabilities. This role requires hands-on build experience in multiple Epic payer-related areas and will transition to advisory leadership. What You'll Do
- Oversee collaboration of Accenture team, client team, software vendor team, and client across Epic Payer Platform initiatives.
- Demonstrate hands-on build experience in at least two areas (CDE, Coverage Finder, HPCS, Care Gap Exchange, Member Insights or ADT Event Notifications).
- Lead design sessions with Epic Implementation Team; translate business requirements into Epic-native configurations; create detailed scope and sign-off with Operations.
- Develop Excel project plans; drive status meetings and updates; maintain project governance.
- Maintain executive presence in escalations and status reporting.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive delivery in complex projects.
- Drive status updates and understand data/workflow intricacies; assign resources by skill.
- Analyze and design new business workflows; define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Contribute to high-level functional specifications; participate in QA reviews of designs and deliverables.
- Perform or advise on system configuration, integration setup, and testing activities.
- Serve as intermediary between client Epic team and Accenture tech leads for data structures/workflows/limitations.
- Help develop and document data requests and source-to-target mappings.
- Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years experience in Healthcare IT in an EPP Payer Platform Analyst/lead roles.
- Minimum 5 years program or project management experience with accountability to executive leadership and requirement gathering from Clinical leadership.
- Epic Non-Clinical Certification required (HIM, Patient Access Cadence/Grand Central, Revenue Cycle Resolute HB, Resolute PB, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; associates require at least 6 years). Nice to Have
- Epic Tapestry certification in Claims, E&E, Benefits Engine, CRM, or UM.
- Resolute PB or HB experience; ADT/GrandCentral configuration experience.
- Familiarity with Epic integration standards (FHIR R4, EDI X12, CDA/CCDA). Compensation & Benefits
