About the Role
The Epic Certified Clinical Applications Manager will lead Epic clinical projects within Accenture's Advanced Technology Centers, collaborating with client teams and software vendors to deliver Epic-based healthcare IT solutions. This senior role emphasizes leadership, project management, and cross-team coordination to drive successful outcomes for client engagements. What You'll Do

Oversee collaboration among Accenture teams, software vendors, and client for Epic-related projects.

Create detailed project plans from end-user information; obtain sign-off from Operations; drive status updates via regular calls.

Maintain executive presence; communicate escalations clearly and concisely.

Navigate ambiguity and resolve new complexities to deliver projects.

Drive status updates and understand project intricacies.

Assist with analysis and design of new business workflows.

Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases; assign resources based on skill.

Provide input into high-level functional specifications.

Participate in quality management reviews of designs and work products to ensure they fulfill requirements.

Perform or advise on system configuration, integration setup, and testing activities.

Serve as intermediary with client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to align on data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.

Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source-to-target mapping.

Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

Location and on-site requirement: Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; on-site 3 days per week. What We're Looking For
-
Minimum of 8 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Clinical Leader role.

Experience and certification in one of Epic's clinical apps (EpicCare Ambulatory, ClinDoc, Cupid, Orders, Radiant, etc).

Minimum of 2 years of Program or Project Management experience including accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership.

Minimum of 2 years of experience gathering requirements from Clinical leadership.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Nice to Have

Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic.

Experience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: USD 80,400 to USD 266,300 per year (varies by location and experience).
