Project Overview

Apex is looking for an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support the implementation and build for two new practices scheduled to go live in February and March. The practices include Infectious Disease and Primary Care. The role is completely remote, with separate on-site resources supporting the actual go-lives

Responsibilities

• Complete Epic Ambulatory build and configuration for new practice implementations.

• Support ground-up implementation work for the two new sites.

• Work across different ambulatory specialties and workflows.

• Support build activities throughout the implementation lifecycle leading up to go-live.

• Work independently in a remote environment as part of the implementation team.

• Required Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory certification.

• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Ambulatory build and implementations.

• Previous experience supporting new implementations / ground-up builds.

• Experience working across multiple ambulatory specialties.

• Proven ability to work independently and handle implementation-focused build work.

• Senior-level Epic experience strongly preferred. The client specifically emphasized wanting a highly experienced builder.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OTX and workstations within the Ambulatory environment.

• Broad multi-specialty implementation experience.

• Extensive Epic implementation experience. The client indicated that someone around the 10-year implementation experience level would be especially attractive.
