About the Role Join Gerresheimer as an Environmental Specialist in our Bergantino production site. You will help ensure compliance with environmental regulations and drive sustainable practices across manufacturing processes. What You'll Do
- Monitor and manage environmental compliance (permits, emissions, waste) in the production facility.
- collect, analyze, and report environmental data; support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and EHS teams to implement sustainable manufacturing practices.
- maintain regulatory documentation, audits, and action plans. What We're Looking For
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting; strong data analysis and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment.
- Fluency in Italian; willingness to work onsite in Bergantino. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 or EMAS.
- Experience in pharma/healthcare packaging environment would be advantageous. Compensation & Benefits
