About the Role Als Umwelt- und Ressourcenmanager/in bei AGCO implementieren und entwickeln Sie die Managementsysteme nach ISO 14001 und ISO 50001 und steuern interne Audits. Sie übernehmen gesetzliche und normative Beauftragtenfunktionen, sichern Umweltgenehmigungen und koordinieren Maßnahmen, um Rechtskonformität sicherzustellen. Sie optimieren Umweltschutz- und Energieleistungskennzahlen und unterstützen Mitarbeitende in allen Fragen von Umwelt- und Ressourcenschonung. What You'll Do
- Sie implementieren und entwickeln die Managementsysteme nach ISO 14001 und ISO 50001 kontinuierlich weiter, inklusive Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner Audits.
- Sie übernehmen gesetzlich und normativ geforderte Beauftragtenfunktionen, z. B. als Umwelt‑, Energie‑ oder Gefahrgutbeauftragter (m/w/d), und stellen deren ordnungsgemäße Wahrnehmung sicher.
