We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development and execution of safety, health, and environmental programs within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in driving compliance, reducing operational risk, and fostering a strong, zero-harm safety culture across all site operations.
Job Description
The EHS Manager will be responsible for shaping and sustaining world-class safety and environmental practices while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and corporate standards. This role partners cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Champion a zero-harm safety culture aligned with cGMP, HACCP/FSMA, OSHA, and EPA requirements.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and performance targets.

Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Manage site compliance activities including permits, audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and reliability programs.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with all safety and environmental standards.

Advise leadership on regulatory requirements, risks, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

4+ years of management experience (or 2+ years with a Master’s degree).

Strong knowledge of food safety and GMP environments.
-
Demonstrated experience in incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Hands-on problem solver with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
