About the Role Basildon Tractor Plant is seeking an individual with a keen passion for a career in Environmental Health and Safety, with the ability to audit production areas and contractors, produce written reports of findings and assist engineers with solutions to meet or exceed legal requirements. The role includes assisting with internal and external ISO audits and the closure of findings, investigating incidents and accidents to root cause, carrying out general administration duties and assisting in the development and continuous improvement of management systems. What You'll Do
- Advise/train/coach all employees at all levels on their legal responsibilities and safety culture.
- Support the Safety Manager in his duties.
- Present projects to management and auditors.
- Assist in audits and inspections on the shop floor.
