About the Role A leadership role responsible for establishing programs, guidelines and strategies to manage health, safety, workers' compensation, security and environmental opportunities at the Morgantown site. The scope includes employee training, new hire orientation, operational safety, environmental, workers compensation, site security and maintenance issues. The role leads and coordinates safety and environmental compliance initiatives, projects, corrective actions, and incident investigations, and maintains an integrated management system aligned with Corporate EHSS policies.
What You'll Do
- Establish programs, guidelines and strategies for health, safety, workers' compensation, security and environmental management at the Morgantown site.
- Manage and coordinate safety and environmental compliance initiatives, projects, corrective actions, and incident investigations.
- Oversee employee training, new hire orientation, operational safety, environmental, workers compensation, site security and maintenance issues.
- Lead and maintain an integrated management system aligned with Corporate EHSS policies and standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security management and the ability to lead an integrated management system.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulatory compliance, workers' compensation processes, site security, and incident investigations.
- Strong training, communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
