- Spearhead new business initiatives and expand our market presence across Ireland.
- Strengthen client relationships and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver strategic solutions and sustainable expansion.
- Leverage environmental services expertise to identify opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Explore potential expansion into new markets, such as the UK.

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Account Management within environmental services, consultancy, or laboratory testing sectors.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of environmental testing procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop and maintain a professional network within Ireland.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated with a strategic mindset.
- Solid understanding of public procurement processes and tendering is advantageous. Nice to Have
- Science background or familiarity with environmental analysis methods.
- Existing network within Ireland’s environmental sector including local authorities, water and fuel companies, and consultancy firms.
- Experience working with clients across diverse environmental testing domains.
- Comfort with business travel across Ireland and occasional site visits. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $80,000 per year.
