In This Role, Your

Responsibilities

Will Be:

• Analyze customer requirements and translate business and technical needs into robust integrated system architectures.
• Develop solution concepts, system designs, and technical estimates for custom integrated solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, internal engineering teams, external partners, and suppliers throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead high-level architecture and design activities to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performing system solutions.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, development processes, and new product introduction practices.
• Evaluate design alternatives and recommend optimal technical approaches based on quality, performance, cost, and risk considerations.
• Review technical deliverables and provide guidance and constructive feedback to engineering teams.
• Define and promote reusable frameworks, software libraries, interfaces, and architectural best practices across projects.
• Partner with senior technical leaders and project teams to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Support software engineering and system development activities, including documentation, technical reviews, integration planning, and validation efforts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance solution quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience designing, developing, or architecting complex software, hardware, or integrated system solutions.

• Strong understanding of systems engineering, solution architecture, and system integration principles.

• Ability to analyze customer requirements and transform them into practical technical designs and architectures.

• Experience evaluating technical trade-offs and making architecture decisions that align with business and customer objectives.

• Knowledge of software development, lifecycle methodologies, engineering processes, and quality practices.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions while maintaining high quality and engineering excellence.

• Availability to work on a temporary contract (1 year)

Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience architecting industrial automation, test and measurement, embedded, control, or integrated software systems.
• Knowledge of cloud-connected systems, distributed architectures, or edge computing technologies.
• Experience defining reusable platforms, frameworks, APIs, or reference architectures.
• Familiarity with system modeling, requirements management, and architecture documentation methodologies.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and product lifecycle management processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional technical initiatives or architecture reviews.
• Experience working in global engineering environments and collaborating across geographically distributed teams.
