About this role
Entry Level Sales role with Renewal by Andersen in Tulsa, OK. You will receive monthly training and hands-on field support from a dedicated manager to help you succeed from day one. This role focuses on customer engagement, product knowledge, and collaboration with our call center.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
