About the Role Entry-level sales role on Renewal by Andersen's Proximity Marketing Team, based in Bourne, MA. You’ll receive monthly training and hands-on field support to help you succeed from day one. This role emphasizes real-world sales and customer engagement with growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly presenting our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Customer Service: Providing a friendly, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Handling rejection with mindfulness and self-awareness.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required (previous sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus).
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18 - $35 per hour (hourly)
