About the Role Entry Level Sales is an on-site, full-time role with Renewal by Andersen's Esler Companies in Carrollton, TX. This position offers monthly training, hands-on field support, base pay with uncapped bonuses, and pathways for career growth within the Proximity Marketing Team.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
