About the Role Entry Level Sales role with America’s leading window and door company. This position offers monthly training classes and hands-on field support from a dedicated manager to help you succeed from day one. It’s a paid training role with base pay and uncapped bonus potential, and it’s more than just door knocking.
What You'll Do
- Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18 - $35 hourly.
