About the Role Entry-level sales role with Renewal by Andersen’s Esler Companies in Las Vegas. You’ll join the Proximity Marketing Team and receive monthly training classes and hands-on field support from a dedicated manager to set you up for success from day one. This role offers paid training, base pay, and uncapped bonus potential, and it is not commission-only.
What You'll Do
- Engage potential customers at their doors to identify needs.
- Clearly communicate and explain our products and services.
- Work closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Provide a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when facing rejection.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required (welcome all backgrounds).
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
