Kwik Trip is seeking an Entry Level Manager/Shift Manager to lead store operations at Kwik Trip #424 in Fairmont, MN. The role focuses on delegating tasks, training staff, resolving customer concerns, troubleshooting register issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Delegate tasks and train coworkers to ensure daily goals are met.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot register or transaction issues.
- Set the example for excellent customer service and lead the team to deliver top-rated service daily.
- Assist with merchandising and store presentation to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, inviting store and promote safety and efficiency.
- Motivate team members to complete tasks and achieve targets.

- At least 6 months of retail experience including customer service and money handling
- Ability to motivate others to complete tasks and meet goals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $15.90 - $22.26 per hour (USD)
- 40% of pre-tax profits returned to coworkers as bonuses, ranging from 8-12% of gross annual wage depending on profitability
