What You'll Do

Connect with potential customers through provided leads, referrals, and outbound outreach

Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

Follow up with prospects and build lasting customer relationships

Identify opportunities for additional coverage and referrals

Maintain an organized pipeline and work toward sales goals

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

Confident communicator who enjoys working with people

Motivated by performance goals and earning potential

Comfortable making phone calls and building new relationships

Positive attitude and persistence when facing rejection

Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take initiative

Strong organization and follow-through

Experience in sales, retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or customer service is a plus

Insurance licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain it
