As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and community outreach programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.
• Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.
• Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.
