About the Role Entry-level Autism Support Professional position at Axis Therapy Centers, a clinic-based team in Urbandale, IA. You’ll help children with autism and developmental differences learn, thrive, and build confidence. No ABA experience required—training and mentorship toward RBT certification will be provided. What You'll Do
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with children and teens to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support positive behaviors and guide children through challenges
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists in a clinic setting What We're Looking For
- Passion for working with kids; energy, empathy, and a desire to help others
- No ABA experience required; willingness to train and pursue RBT certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with hands-on pediatric care Nice to Have
- Interest in pursuing ABA certification; growth mindset
- Prior experience with children is a plus but not required
- Experience working in a clinical setting is beneficial, though not mandatory Compensation & Benefits
