Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work with and provide input to help in failure analysis, working from assembly prints, assembly plans, test procedures, component maintenance manuals, engineering change orders or other controlled documents.
- Set up and operate equipment common to the product with direction from technicians.
- Check and record assembly data and perform in-process verification as required.
- Recognize process variation and adjust accordingly to compliant work practices.
- Work from complex product drawings, manuals and specifications.
- Comply with safety rules, wear required PPE, and report safety concerns and injuries immediately.
Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
-
Experience in electromechanical, electrical assembly, or electronic assembly is preferred

Ability and willingness to lift 25 lbs

Ability and willingness to use and understand mechanical and electrical measuring tools and equipment

Ability and willingness to read, interpret, and follow assembly blueprints, work instructions, and component maintenance manuals

Ability and willingness to document technical data in English

Desired Characteristics
-
Solder certification
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in electromechanical or electrical assembly

Ability to work independently with some assistance from senior operators
-
Understanding and use of systems for repair transactions and customer requirements
-
Experience operating test lab equipment

Ability to follow schematics to aid in troubleshooting

Ability to recognize problems and resolve them in a timely manner

Ability to set up and operate relevant test equipment

Pay

The pay for this position is $21 an hour. This posting is expected to close on October 31, 2026.
